Recipe
Step 1.
In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, honey, olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper.
Step 2.
Add the mushrooms to a medium-sized bowl and pour the sauce mix over them. Mix well and leave to marinate for 30 minutes.
Step 3.
Thread the mushrooms onto the BBQ skewers and place them on a medium-high grill. Cook them for 3-5 minutes, turning once. Serve with chopped parsley.
