Recipe

Step 1.
Remove the stems from the mushrooms.

Step 2.
For the filling: add in cream cheese, grated mozzarellas in a bowl and mix together.
Stuff the mushrooms with the filling.

Step 3.
Immerse the mushrooms in the batter and cover with panko.

Step 4.
Deep fry the mushrooms for 2 minutes on each side.
