Panko breadcrumbs

(enough to coat the mushrooms)

Oil for frying

For assembly:

Burger buns

Spicy mayo

Katsu sauce

Shredded cabbage

Step 1.

Mix milk (or soy milk) with flour

Dip the portobello into the mix and then into panko breadcrumbs
