extra virgin olive oil

soy sauce
2 tbsp
pure maple syrup
Seasoning
For assembly:

bagels of your choice

tomato, sliced

Cream cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
Recipe

Step 1.
In a shallow bowl, whisk together soy sauce, olive oil, maple syrup.
Add sliced portobello mushrooms to marinade, toss to coat evenly.

Step 2.
Place marinated mushrooms in air fryer at 200°C for up to 20 minutes.

Step 3.
Toast bagels.
Spread cream cheese on bagels, add lettuce, tomato slice, salt, pepper, and mushroom bacon.

Step 4.
Assemble sandwich, cut in half and serve!
