packet closed cup mushrooms, stems removed

egg, beaten
4 heaped tbsp
flour
8 tbsp
panko breadcrumbs
Frying oil
Aioli
Garlic powder
Oregano
Salt and pepper
Recipe

Step 1.
Remove stems from mushrooms and set aside

Step 2.
Beat egg with salt, pepper and garlic powder in a bowl

Step 3.
In separate bowls, prepare: panko breadcrumbs; flour seasoned with salt, pepper and oregano

Step 4.
Dip each mushroom in flour, then egg mix, finally breadcrumbs

Step 5.
Spray air fryer and cook mushrooms 8-10 minutes until golden brown
Serve with Aioli
