Recipe
Step 1.
Preheat the oven to 200°c.
Step 2.
Take a small pan and melt the butter over a medium heat. Add the onion and garlic and cook for one minute.
Step 3.
Add the mushrooms and season with the salt, pepper, and rosemary. Cook and stir until the mushrooms begin to brown. Remove the pan from the heat.
Step 4.
Place the Camembert onto a baking tray with a rim, and bake it for 10–12 minutes until it is warmed through and soft.
Step 5.
Place the Camembert on a serving platter, and top with the mushrooms. Serve whilst it is still warm.
