For assembly:

head romaine lettuce, chopped
Recipe

Step 1.
Toss mushrooms and chickpeas in soy sauce, spices and oil. Bake for 30 minutes at 425°F (220°C).

Step 2.
Toss chickpeas, mushrooms and lettuce with dressing.

Step 3.
Add to wrap and roll burrito style.
