Recipe

Step 1.
In a recipient, mix mushrooms, onion, thyme, paprika, vegan cream cheese and salt with a drizzle of oil.
Bake or air fry at 180°C for 15 minutes.

Step 2.
Meanwhile, cook pasta according to package instructions.

Step 3.
Add cooked pasta to the baking dish with some pasta water.

Step 4.
Mix and serve.
