Recipe
Step 1.
Preheat the oven to 220°c
Step 2.
Place the pizza dough on a sheet of baking paper on a baking tray. Spoon the tomato sauce onto the dough and spread it out, leaving a 1cm border at the edges.
Step 3.
Spread out most of the mozzarella on top of the sauce (keep a little for later). Tear the ham and scatter it across the pizza. Then add the artichoke halves, mushrooms and black olives.
Add the remaining mozzarella to the top.
Step 4.
Place the pizza on the middle rack of the hot oven and cook for 15 minutes.
Step 5.
The pizza is done when the border is golden and the cheese is well melted. Remove it from the oven and allow it to cool for a few minutes before serving.
