Recipe
Step 1.
Preheat the oven to 200°c. Unroll the dough and place it on top of the provided parchment paper on a large baking tray. Brush the dough with olive oil and bake it at 200°c for 7 minutes. Remove from oven and set aside.
Step 2.
While the dough is cooking, melt the butter in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the onion and salt and cook for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the onion softens and begins to brown.
Step 3.
Add the mushrooms to the frying pan and cook for an additional 5-7 minutes until the mushrooms also begin to brown. Stir in the garlic, add a pinch of salt, and remove the pan from the heat.
Step 4.
Spread the mushroom mixture evenly over the pizza dough. Top it with the spinach, mozzarella cheese and Parmesan cheese.
Step 5.
Bake for 7 to 10 minutes at 180 °c or until the cheese is melted and the crust is golden brown. Sprinkle with a little thyme before serving.
