shiitake mushrooms

butter

olive oil
50ml
white wine
1 tbsp
crème fraiche
Lemon juice to taste
2 tsbsp
chicken stock
Handful finely sliced herbs
(tarragon + parsley)

Salt and pepper
Recipe

Step 1.
Melt the butter and oil, add the shiitake mushrooms and season with salt and pepper.

Step 2.
Add a dash of white wine, then the chicken stock, and let it reduce.

Step 3.
Finish with the crème fraîche, a dash of lemon juice, then the tarragon and parsley.

Step 4.
At the same time, brown the chicken fillets in a pan.
Assemble, and enjoy!
