Recipe
Step 1
Cook three tablespoons of small pasta, orecchiette, coquillettes or farfalle in water without salt. For a baby aged between 8 and 12 months, cook the pasta 1.5 times the time indicated so that it is soft.
Step 2
Chop the mushrooms, peel the garlic and finely chop the parsley.
Step 3
In a frying pan, sauté the mushrooms over a high heat in a little olive oil.
Step 4
Add the cherry tomatoes and pressed garlic. Season with pepper.
Step 5
Before draining the pasta, take a tablespoon of the cooking water and add it to the pasta so that the starch binds with the sauce.
Step 6
Put everything together in a bowl and grate a little Parmesan over the top.
