Recipe

Step 1.

Cut off the mushroom stems and clean them.

Step 2.

Let them dry on a kitchen paper and cut them in very thin slices

Step 3.

Put them in a deep salad bowl with the lemon juice, salt and a little ground black pepper. Stir well and let stand for 1 hour.

Step 4.

Drain and add the oil and salt.

Step 5.

They can be served alone or with any type of salad.

Step 6.

To clean the mushrooms, it is not recommended to soak them in water. Simply cut off the stem, wipe them with a clean damp cloth or a brush.

If you wash them, do so only briefly and under cold running water and let them dry in the refrigerator.
