Pork Stroganoff with Mushroom

Recipe

Step 1.

Clean the mushrooms with a brush or cloth. Cut the mushrooms into slices and the bell pepper into strips. Finely chop the parsley and crush the garlic.

Step 2.

Cook the baby potatoes for 15 – 20 minutes and season with olive oil, parsley, pepper and salt.

Step 3.

Heat the oil in a saucepan over medium heat. Sauté the mushrooms, onion, garlic, bell pepper and paprika powder gently. After 4 minutes add the tomato paste and heat it for another 2 minutes.

Step 4.

Now add the vegetable stock and reduce to thicken the sauce. Finally add the crème fraîche.

Step 5.

Heat the oil in a frying pan and sear the pork fillet steaks over medium heat. Once coloured, cook the meat, turning occasionally on each side, for 4 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.

Step 6.

Serve the baby potatoes, pork fillet steaks and stroganoff sauce on a plate. Enjoy your meal!
