Recipe
Step 1.
Salt a pan of boiling water and boil the pasta according to the packet instructions (usually around 7 minutes).
Step 2.
Chop the mushrooms. Place a large pan on medium heat, and heat the olive oil. Add the garlic to the oil, and cook for 5 minutes. Add the mushrooms. Cook until the mushrooms are golden brown.
Step 3.
Turn the heat off, and add the cheese to the pan. Stir to help the cheese melt.
Step 4.
Use a slotted spoon to add the cooked pasta to the pan, and gently mix everything together. If the sauce is too thick, add in a little of the pasta water.
Step 5.
Serve garnished with fresh basil leaves.
