Step 1.
Preheat your oven at 180°C.
Step 2.
In a bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, almond powder and salt.
Step 3.
Coarsely crush the walnuts.
Step 4.
Drain the mushrooms well.
Step 5.
Add the walnuts, grated cheese, eggs, butter and mushrooms, mixing well between each ingredient.
Step 6.
Using a tablespoon, place small heaps of dough on a baking sheet lined with baking paper, spacing them well apart.
Step 7.
Flatten slightly with the back of a spoon.
Step 8.
Place in the oven and bake for 15 minutes.
Step 9.
Serve warm or cold.
